She now works with Fairway Independent Mortgage as a loan officer. Nicky has earned recognition and awards for Top Loan Officer & Top Loan Processor. Karen, our Title Partner, has 27 years involved in the real estate business. She started in property management and fell in love with the real estate industry. So, in 2007 she obtained her real estate license and specialized in Short Sales. Eventually she became a national Sales Trainer showing agents how to help families save their homes from foreclosure. Karen says she has come full circle by transitioning into the title business and working at Texas Lone Star Title. She finds it so rewarding to help families achieve the American Dream!
